Faith is not something we hold onto only when life is good; i believe it’s what sustains us when everything around us feels uncertain. Faith is alive — it breathes, it moves, and it grows when we choose to trust God in the midst of challenges.
We are called to nurture our faith on a daily basis. Just as we feed our bodies to stay strong, we must feed our faith through obedience, prayer, and the Word, because faith comes by the hearing of the Word of God(Romans 10:17). The reality is, life will always test our faith. There will be moments when the promise seems distant and the waiting feels endless. But it’s in those moments that our faith takes root and produces endurance.
Keeping the faith alive means refusing to let discouragement silence your hope. It’s choosing to speak God’s promises even when you don’t see them yet. It’s showing up in prayer, again and again, believing that God is still faithful.
When I wrote my book, Prayer of Faith, I was reminded that faith and prayer work hand in hand. Prayer breathes life into faith, and faith gives prayer its power. Without faith, prayer becomes empty words; but with faith, prayer moves mountains.
So, as we begin this journey together through this platform, my heart is to remind you that faith is not a feeling — it’s a decision. Every day, we can choose to believe God’s Word above everything else. Let’s keep the fire of faith burning, one prayer, one promise, and one act of trust at a time.
Keep your faith alive. God is still at work — even now.
