John 1:1 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”

The Word of God is not just ink on paper, a collection of stories, or historical moments captured in a book. The Word of God is life, power, and the very mind of God expressed to humanity.

Too often, we approach the Bible with human limitations. We see it as a book to be studied for knowledge or morality, rather than as a living, active revelation of God Himself. Our perception can limit what we can extract from it. When we recognize that the Word is God, we begin to understand that every verse, every principle, and every promise carries divine wisdom, authority, and creative power.

The Word is not something distant or abstract; it is the manifestation of God’s mind and heart, accessible to all who seek it with faith. To truly engage with the Word, we must move beyond seeing it as stories on a page and start perceiving it as the very voice and wisdom of God, speaking into our lives today.

As we meditate on John 1:1, let us open our hearts to the reality that the Word is alive, powerful, and God Himself — ready to transform, guide, and renew us in every area of life.
